| We are huge Smallville
TV series fans. Personally, I have the first season and the
pilot of Smallville on DVD. As the other DVD's come out, I will be
getting them as well. We realize that not everyone has been
following this show on television yet, so we have put information for
new Smallville fans as well as for the Smallvile junkies.
To catch up on the series, we have episode
guides as well as actor and
actress lists (we will be adding full profiles for each of the
cast members). You can also find reviews
and features (easter eggs will be added soon) for the Smallville
season DVDs. News and awards
are also outlined for this tv show that is sure to become a
classic. We have tried to use pics in appropriate places. To
many photos can really slow down the load time so we have tried to
optimize the pictures as much as possible. We are working on the
photo gallery and will have it up soon. We are also working on
getting the soundtrack (checking to see if we have permission to
download it), so we can have the smallville music on the site.
For those who are new to Smallville, see below for a
basic summary:
Before Clark Kent (Tom Welling) became a full-fledged superhero, he was an awkward teenager. But unlike most teenagers, this Clark has bigger issues to contend with, like the mysterious powers that he possesses, his tumultuous relationship with
kryptonite, and the strangely demonic happenings that have tormented Smallville ever since a meteor shower rained down upon the small Kansas town twelve years before. As Clark struggles through his high schools days, lusting after the beautiful
Lana Lang (Kristin
Kreuk) and forming a strong friendship with Lex Luthor (Michael
Rosenbaum), he must gradually come to terms with the knowledge that he might be a truly super human.
The entire first season of the wildly popular WB television
series is already available on dvd.
